Bed is a stage for making new family members. 

Suckers is a performance in which the act of sucking forms families.

Performers toy with one another and with stockings; odd characters are born, and fingers search for newcomers.

New Fam is a performance art collective founded by Teo Ala-Ruona and Anni Puolakka. It explores how families and communities are formed, and the social imaginaries that shape them. Suckers premiered at Lou, Helsinki, in August, 2025.
